Our stay at Grand Pacific Palisades Resort was fantastic! We stayed in a Two-Bedroom Suite that was perfect for our family. It was spacious and clean with a full kitchen, which allowed us to prepare meals together. The kids absolutely loved the family pool with all its fun water features, and we enjoyed the beautiful views from the property while walking along the flower gardens.

Ideal Family Spot with Room for Improvement
Our stay in a Two-Bedroom Suite was enjoyable despite some hiccups. The kids loved the pool, but it would have been fantastic to grab coffee on-site rather than trek to Starbucks. Keep an eye out for early morning noise from neighbors.

Perfect for a Family Trip with Plenty of Activities
We had a fantastic time here during our Legoland trip, especially with the direct access to the park that made things so easy for the kids. The family pool was a hit with its fun water features, and the full kitchen in our Two-Bedroom Suite allowed us to prepare meals together, which was perfect for us. However, I wish breakfast options were included as part of our stay.

The location made it easy to access Legoland without a hassle. I loved how close the parking was to my room. The assigned parking in Villa C kept everything convenient and quiet for a good night's sleep. I appreciated the spacious two-bedroom suite. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals, which was really handy for my family. However, the breakfast options fell short and were quite limited. The game room was a bit disappointing. the coin machine was broken during my stay, which was frustrating since we had to find other ways to keep the kids entertained. Also, the checkout process felt rushed, and the front desk staff seemed a bit indifferent, unlike the friendly experience I had during check-in. A few in-room safes would have added a layer of security too.

Spacious two-bedroom suites with a convenient layout, including a Jack and Jill bathroom, were ideal for family stays. The proximity to Legoland is a major plus, and the kids loved the daily activities and pool area. However, the lack of shuttle service was disappointing, necessitating Uber for local transport. The on-site dining hours could be improved, resulting in limited options during certain times.

missingWrote a review on 13 Julplumbing issuesnoise disturbances
The room's plumbing could use a bit of attention. some mornings the water temperature was all over the place, swinging between scalding hot and icy cold. Also, the walls are thin, which made it tricky to avoid disturbances from loud neighbors—even at the 'quiet' pool where young families tended to congregate. Navigating the sprawling layout can feel a bit like a maze. expect a good 10–15 minute walk to reception from your suite, especially after a long day out.

The beautifully landscaped grounds and easily navigable pathways were ideal for me as a senior. I appreciated the well-maintained areas, which allowed for leisurely strolls and made accessing different amenities a breeze.
In-room safes would enhance security for seniors.
